Lesley McCuaig is committed to promoting mental health awareness through her counselling and advocacy efforts. With a history of excellence, she received the 2000 Bronze Millennium Governor General’s Medal and earned a Bachelor of Kinesiology from Acadia University. Her dedication to mental health inspired her to pursue a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology, establishing her as a compassionate advocate in the field. She has collaborated with various organizations, including pharmaceutical companies, to raise awareness mainly around schizophrenia.
